Tofu Landeira is based on the production of artisan tofu in a workshop, starting from an organic soybean plantation, both located in rural Galicia. Its objective is to close the productive cycle, exploiting the raw material produced and revaluing the rural with profitable productive alternatives. The mission of Tofu Landeira, in line with respectful and sustainable trends at a social and environmental level, is to seek innovation and good Galician work, creating artisan, nutritious and tasty tofu from organic soybeans.
