First training sessions of the BFFood training programme

The six projects selected in the first edition of BFFood have started the training programme after having already met on several occasions with their mentors and having begun the mentoring and tutoring phase.

That same afternoon in the FEUGA building, Andrés Faiña, from the University of A Coruña, and Antonio García, from the University of Vigo, delivered training sessions on “Innovation readness: uncertainty, risk and maturity”.

Ángeles Romero, Manuel Vázquez and Ana M. Botana, lecturers at the University of Santiago de Compostela, were responsible for addressing innovation and management in the food industry on October 2 and 3. Meanwhile, Óscar Pedreira, from the University of A Coruña, delivered two sessions on Scrum agile methodologies on October 9 and 10.

Over the next two months, the members of the six projects selected in the first edition of Business Factory Food will be able to continue learning about financial planning, soft skills or the business plan, among other topics.
