The program is aimed at both early-stage projects, which can participate in the incubation phase, and initiatives seeking to boost their growth through the consolidation phase.

Important Information

1Who is this call for?
Projects must belong to the food sector or be applicable to it, address one of the challenges established in the Call Guidelines, be innovative, and have their registered office or activity center in the Autonomous Community of Galicia to participate in the acceleration and consolidation phases.

4Is it necessary to have a company in Galicia?

Projects entering the acceleration phase receive a non-repayable grant from Igape of up to €25,000, to cover expenses related to project development during the acceleration phase.

XesGalicia funding may be granted to projects that pass XesGalicia's investment analysis process. Other partners, investors, or funders are required to contribute at least the same amount as XesGalicia. This funding is a key tool for startups looking to grow and scale their business, with options combining participating loans and equity investment.

Tech vouchers are an additional funding mechanism available for projects in the BFFood acceleration phase. Their objective is to facilitate access to technical and technological services for the development and improvement of the products or services of participating projects.
