The projects have involved a direct investment of more than €400,000 and the generation of 29 new jobs related to digital transformation and industry 4.0 in the food sector.
Strong turnout at UVigo
The event was attended by a large number of participants from both business and the university. On behalf of BFFood, the presentation was delivered by Juan Vázquez, President of the Galician Food Cluster and CEO of Bodegas Martín Códax; Juan Feijoo, from IGAPE’s Competitiveness Area; and Javier A. Osuna, Manager of BFFood. Nueva Pescanova and ANFACO-CECOPESCA also took part in the event, as did the University of Vigo itself as the event organiser.
