BFFood at Anfaco-Cecopesca
The event, hosted by Xosé Ramón Vázquez, R coordinator at ANFACO-CECOPESCA, featured the participation of Nueva Pescanova through Corina Porro from the Research Department, who explained the details and specific aspects of Challenge 6: Crunchy Coatings. Likewise, the manager of CLUSAGA, Roberto Alonso, presented in detail the characteristics of BFFood and the specific aspects of the call, open until next May 16. At the end of the presentations, there was a Q session with strong participation from attendees.
