Five startups supported by BFFood participate in the Laconnetwork demo day

The Business Factory Food (BFFood) accelerator will participate in the tenth Laconnetwork, the largest event for entrepreneurs in Galicia, which will be held online on May 27 and 28.

Under the title “Innovation and entrepreneurship, from misunderstood to pioneers,” the event seeks to convey to participants the value generated throughout its ten-year journey. To this end, it will feature various discussion panels, masterclasses, and workshops over the two days.

Furthermore, Laconnetwork will include the Investors day on Thursday, May 27, from 10 AM to 7 PM. During this session, the startups Ethical Farm Box, TOTALGAC food, Mindsaic, hk:coffee, and REFIX, which have been supported in different editions of BFFood, will have the opportunity to present their initiatives to more than 50 investors from the national scene.

In this demo day, each project will have five minutes to convey their value propositions to investors, as well as to convince them of the investment opportunity they represent.

Additionally, there will be a jury of investors tasked with selecting the ten finalists of the event from among all the proposed projects; each of whom will be presented with an award. This jury will also choose the best Galician startup from among all participants.

The head of BFFood, Javier A. Osuna, will also participate in this meeting, explaining, alongside the other main accelerators in the Galician scene, the various resources and services offered by the accelerator to entrepreneurs with innovative solutions for the food sector.
